Findspo presents TerrIA and Fadeta Viva, two new AI projects in Castilla-La Mancha

Artificial intelligence is a revolutionary technology with an increasing number of applications. From optimizing production processes to customer service, this tool is changing multiple everyday operations.

In particular, the company Findspo specializes in AI Insights, understood as insightful ideas that serve to solve specific problems. In this regard, one of the most recent AI applications carried out by this company is the assessment of resources, attraction of private investment, and new inhabitants for rural areas in Spain.

Artificial intelligence solutions for rural municipalities

Recently, the beginning of a project to employ AI in the Consortium of Municipalities of Alto Tajo and Fadeta, in the province of Guadalajara, has been announced.

In this case, Findspo has designed the TerrIA tool so that municipalities can understand the value of their resources. In the case of Fadeta, it is a repopulation platform that brings together a unified offering of towns, housing, and job opportunities on-site, hybrid, remote, and at a European level. This information will be used to attract investments and new residents. All of this aims to improve the quality of life for residents.

In the case of TerrIA, it is a pilot project supported by the General Secretariat for the Demographic Challenge. During the presentation of TerrIA, César López, founder and CEO of Findspo, explained that, thanks to artificial intelligence, a person who wants to move to a rural environment can find work and housing in seconds.

Applied artificial intelligence to combat depopulation and improve quality of life

TerrIA will optimize the external promotion of villages to attract private investments. In turn, this will lead to an improvement in the quality of life and services offered in the region.

Through Findspo, a company specializing in innovative AI Insights, villages have access to tools based on artificial intelligence to solve problems specific to rural environments.
