Artist Berta Jayo creates one of the world's most unique murals

Berta Jayo develops these murals-installations with the special collaboration of Jose Anievas and Amaya Dresner

The artist shows one of these pieces in a collective exhibition inside an airplane of the company Vueling, where the photograph of the installation will be seen in all the flights of this company from the 1st to the 31st of July of this year 2024.

Berta Jayo plans to make these installations in different cities and they will be different for each of them

These works could symbolize the harmonious coexistence of nature and architecture, highlighting the beauty that emerges when apparently opposing elements are combined. It could also express the idea that life and vitality can flourish even in urban environments, creating an interesting contrast between the natural and the human-built. Ultimately, what the artist is proposing is to humanize architecture. 

Her next installation with hair will be at the Ekain gallery in Donosti on September 13, coinciding with the San Sebastian film festival.
